Pedro Carmo

Born in São Paulo, Brazil currently working as Senior Product Designer at Slack in New York City.

At Slack, Pedro works on the Search & Discovery product team, focusing primarily on the mobile experience for Slack's customers, building features that will help their customers easily find what they need to to get their work done.

Before Slack, Pedro served as Product Designer at a few companies, such as Envoy, Simple, Kickstarter, Teespring and others. He's lived in Florida, Chicago, San Francisco and now Brooklyn for the last few years. As a labor of love, He maintain a library of Product Design Resources. Pedro oftens updates this library as a resource for the students he mentors in Design 101 and Interaction Design courses at Designlab. He also built a to-do chrome-extension app called Elenco many moons ago.
